I love this frame. The fit, shape, and size is similar to that of the original Eye Patch. It has rubber on the nosepads and on the earstems, which addresses my only issues with the Eye Patch. It has interchangeable icons like the Dispatch II, in fact they use the same size icons, so any "old" ones will work with the Turbine. The earstem is very narrow, which makes this frame very compatible with wearing a hat. The earstem rubber is a single piece that is inserted into the earstem, and it protrudes just enough on both the inside and outside of the stem, holding the frame both to your head and ear. The rubber has the B1-B circle pattern molded into it, and it is very subtle.

The sapphire lens has a VR-type base, which may be a version of Prizm. Coupled with a light-blue iridium coating, this lens is a very wearable daily lens, with very bright light being its only weakness.

This frame has become one that I wear more often than I originally expected, and I'm positive that I'll acquire other colorways to complement differing conditions.

My dad and I both have large faces. Dad especially. We both love these frames. They have excellent large eye coverage and stay up really well. My only issue is that the corners of the nose bridge allow light in between my nose and the frame. I am used to it now. I have 3 colors and dad has 2 pairs of 1 color. We like the fact that we both can wear the same frame in different colors and not look like we are trying to wear the same sunglasses. They all look unique and different. I can't wait until Oakley releases icons and rubber inserts for the stems for sale. Thank you for a great fitting fashion sunglass that can be worn for work in my orchard too.
