Hi I'm Ralf from Germany. I bought my first Oakley (Fives 1.0 Crystal Black/Black) around 1998. C-Wire Light/Ice followed a couple of years later. Then a Square Wire 2.0 Spring Hinge Pewter/Black and later a Splice Crystal Black FMJ/Ice and an A Frame Goggle. Then there were several years without Oakley purchases until I finished university and since 2008 I'm buying them again more then ever :-)

I found the o-review sometime around that time and couldn't register until it opened up again in 2012 (or I was too dumb to find the right link). I haven't really had the time to read through the forum yet but I'm quite familiar with the database and my collection is there already.

Looking forward to many hours of o-review forum reading :-)

Yes, the forum was closed for a while since there weren't a lot of social outlets around that time, and walks of life ended up here including the worst of the worst. Most seem to just hang out on the Facebook groups now, so the current crew here is top notch.

Glad you joined up and find the site useful. I'm working on a ton of new features, so stay tuned.

So I was right that I couldn't register. But as soon as I saw it was possible to register again I did it. And of course I'll stay and I'm exited for what you have up your sleeve Dann!

Always a mix between content and features. Getting it working through an APP has been my main task currently. Almost have most of the display aspects taken care of, but still have the user functions, login, and all the misc things that seem to crop up once you get past the obvious features.

The other big thing will be fleshing out the article pages more. I have a large database here, but there's a lot of content that isn't cookie cutter, and I want to detail the various signature collections and such, since that info tends to be very hard to track down after a few years if you don't record it quickly.
