Touch the Forum tab above, which brings up a Profile tab. Edit your profile there.
OR
Under "Community", "Members", select your username, which brings up your profile.
You can edit there.

How would I Personal Message someone on here?

Click on their name, and there should be a button that looks like this:


Or click the mail Icon at the top and choose their name from the dropdown. Both lead to the same page.
