What is the value of a Razrwire prototype Lens?
Persimmons? Clear?

Worth more if you cut it down to a Why 3 lens.

So, what about the BT units? Will it counteract with it's functionality? Or are they hollow?

Are they the pre-prototype prototype lenses or the post-prototype prototype lens? I am guessing they are the post-prototype prototype lens because I didn't think there were even 8 of the pre-prototype prototype lenses made in total.

Anyway if its the post-prototype prototype lens as I am assuming they are they are only worth about the same as any current dual replacement lens kit.

Oh, so then they are Post-Lux and are actually made of glass, not Plutonite. What was the Oakley term for glass? It escapes me...

Just SiO2 like the TiO2 option. Keep it simple.

Ah ok, so that's where the early Ruby Quartz lenses (from the 1st gen Juliets) came from. SiO2 is one of the most complex and most abundant families of materials so that might actually drive down the price. The only reason the Ruby Quartz were so coveted was because of the X-Men tie in. Correct me If I'm wrong, Oak.

The complexities lie in the fact that the red hues exist in the 733nm range, while the purple (true gen 1) are closer to the 400nm end, so how they bridged the two without crossing the middle must have involved some sorcery.

What are you guys talking about?... I think OakleyMaster meant his Gen 1's have eight color within one lens - not eight separate colors of lenses. Right? That would place them right on the timeline to be the multi-base iridium we saw renderings of. Wasn't that like 2003 when someone posted a pic of Dog the Bounty Hunter with them. I bet it's those. Maybe even the ones from that old photo!

I think I'd rather an autographed pair of Foakley's Manny Pacquiao wears, but.

Are these the same lenses used on the Fandango? It would explain alot.

Do any of the lenses have Oakley etched on the bottom left Like the original releases have? Maybe Oakley thought this pair was going to have more success like the other electronic pairs so they expanded the lens swap options.

What's more valuable is the elusive prototype version of the Square Wire from the same time when they were developing the RAZRWire. Besides the earstems (which were interchangeable with the RAZRWire because they were both designed to hold the Bluetooth module), it looked completely different than the production version. And the prototype version of the Square Wire also had the 8 different colored lenses to match the prototype version of the RAZRWire.

There's always one-off lenses made for all models. If the lenses are authentic factory lenses, it looks like that's what they are.

We generally don't like to specify the value here because it lends itself to silly amounts thrown out. We tend to let the market determine value (though admittedly that'd be tough to do with one-offs). That said, chances are the value of the lenses probably aren't that high because:

1) The Razrwire wasn't all that popular, so there's not a ton of people clamoring for replacement lenses.
2) No iridium. The lenses that tend to have demand are the ones with iridium.
