The other day, I was at a Sunglass show from my eye doctor.

I purchased a pair of Polished Black Bottlecaps with G30, for $50.

AND...

The other day, I stopped into this runners place, and they had the Box Top 2.0 Black leather, for $20 BUCKS!!!

What have you gotten for a really good deal???

Those are two great deals - nice one! I haven't had many great deals (I'm getting deja vu here - I think there's been a thread on this before), my best is probably getting a free Medium Soft Fault with a pair of HJs. It's not great, but not bad.

The last pair of Oakleys I got on eBay were a pair of dark grey/ice polarized Half Jackets, only cost me $60.

Oakley does Xmas and summer contests for Iacon stores which allow you to earn retail credits for each item you sell.

glasses = $5, polarized glass/watch = $10, Thump = $15, anything else (clothes, bags, any accessories) = $1

So last Xmas I did rather well, ended up with $580, and got a brushed Judge :)

We have a summer contest going on now, although this time you can only get glasses (and only one pair), so I'm getting Split Thread Rx with AR clear I think.

Right now I have Ti Square Wires with Ti Clear Rx (which I also got for free) and I get too many "why are you wearing sunglasses at night?" people when I'm out.

Forgot to mention... what's funny about the contest rules is you get $10 in credits for a $120 D2 or for $125 polarized Fives, but only $5 for a $375 Romeo II.

Those are cool contests. We're running an O contest at the Hut right now too. First one in a while. For every so many pairs sold you earn a free pair of glasses of your choice from different levels of sales. Level 1 is 35-60 pair sold and you can get a Five, Fate, Monster Dog or one other low end style. Then it moves up something like, Level 2 61-90 earns you almost any other o-matter frame including Gascan and Riddle, Level 3 has metals, Level 4 is polarized and Level 5 over 141 sold is X-Metal and one choice form Level 1 or a choice from level 4 and 2. Something about the highest selling associate in the district also gets a free Thump as well as their choices.

So far for how few days I work I'm only aiming for free Dogs from Level 1. We'll see.

i wanted a Ti Clear RX Square Wire 2.0 for the longest time, and i recently inquired about those lenses at my local OPD optician, and they said Oakley doesn;t make them anymore. i was really disappointed.

anyway, best deal on Oakleys would probably my $390 Timebomb, my $175 Blue GMT, and $85 Pewter/VR28 Blue Iridium Polarized Big Square Wire.
