Josh, love that RC chop! - Oak

Thanks Oak...Having a good time...But watch out, I bought me a new piece of equipment that will really step my game up...Canon has crazy cool new printers, and I scored a smoking deal on one...Let's see what I can do with it too!! But that won't be for shades, that's not really my gig...I have other ideas on what to use it for. Now to find time. Hoping Thursday I get the full green light from my ENT doc and can go back at it hardcore...Damn this waiting to heal nonsense

This is my personal custom bruce banner dispatch. Not as good as the works of our resident artists here but i like how they turned out.

I actually damaged the original finish by applying a paint stripper without reading the instructions. It ended up bubbling/delaminating the frame. I wanted to restore it badly hence i thought of the hulk since he is a product of an accident.. Haha... The delaminted part somehow resembles the muscles.. The green is the monster and small white specs are what remains of bruce... Hahaha...

Terrible story i know but i love how it turned out.. Will pop in the chrome lenses...

It seems I forgot to post this one....All done, lenses and all...finally lol. It is another hybrid if you will, where the base is Cerakote Satin Aluminum, but it needed depth...it needed to POP!! When I tried to wrap it up in the Cerakote Micro Clear, it killed it...TOTALLY. So back to the drawing board. Now, she gets the Satin Aluminum base, which by itself has a nice pop, but now with the added Hi Impact clear over it...BAM!! Like a shot in the nose from Ricky Hatton...Ya, I like him hahaha. But I also added some Gold Diamond pearl as a mid coat, so it has even more flair, and you can see that in the out of focus clips in the video..Odd how that works lol

Here she is....my masterpiece!! I am finally able to post up pix of her. The KTM Pit Boss is a REALITY!! It's also, 1 of a kind! It was proposed, I accepted and figured out how to re-create the KTM graphics of the Gascan and translate it to a Pit Boss. 100% painted, and a new challenge met. Piano Gloss Black so slick and shiny, and all possible from using nothing but the best! This is a combination of several companie's products from Autoborne, HOK, & Tamco. Nothing but the best. Enjoy

Well, here are a few more pieces done up...2 are for me as test pieces for process or parts (lenses and trim ;)). Have a trip coming up to Hawaii again YAAAAAAAAAA! So I decided, since I had some Revant Optics lenses to test, why not build a full custom around them, well, several of them. So I did...Boy did I

First piece is a Radar in the British Racing Team colors. Clean, simple and very cool.

The Flak is a killer HOK Silvermax base with Kandy Cobalt and Kandy Black accents and top. I wanted the blue to pop, but not wash out with the Elite HC3 Ice Blue Polarized lenses. It also has a blue diamond pearl shot over the kandy for a brilliant pop in the sunlight. The Revant Glow In The Dark trim is amazing!! It glows so damn well, it's not funny. Wait for the video, it's a killer pair.

The whole frame was based in Silvermax, then flaked with Lil' Daddy Roth Baby Surfite Silver flake. Then the kandy colors were flying..This freaking pair is ridiculous out in the sunlight. Hoping to get shots tomorrow before the flood weather kicks in again. I also paired her with the Revant Optics Elite HC3 Fire Red Polarized lenses to test em..Gotta try em before I give the thumbs up, so why not make a full on custom to do just that! Wait for the video, it's a killer pair. I will also be getting lots of killer shots of em in Kauai!! Oh ya!
