My Grail is still a double-wide (or better yet a tripple-wide). The crown would probably be the NIB pair of first generation factory pilot lights with original packaging, or perhaps the brown Juliets that arrived today (thanks to a fellow member!)
While the brown Juliets are indeed a good result (thanks again to the member who made it possible), I would most certainly trade them for a triple-wide in a flash. In fact I'd trade them plus my one-off factory custom Why 8 Ruby Clear and my Why 3 VR50 Emerald for a triple-wide. Hell, I'd even throw in a pair of serial numbered Ducati Juliets and two pairs of +red Square Wire 2.0 just to get a triple-wide!
Please note that this isn't a genuine trade offer because there is a tiny condition: I'd trade all that for a triple-wide delivered to my front door. The cost of shipping to Poland is well into four figures and the taxable value of an item is the value plus the cost of shipping. The total tax due is about 50% of the taxable value. So even if I bought a triple-wide for $500, I'd need to pay another $2000 shipping it and then $1250 on taxes.
Mike, some of the watches did not go to athletes since Oakley could not tell who would win won or not but were made available to purchase to employees, pretty sure, that one is one like that.
I think that's mostly lighting. I know that in some pics I've taken, glasses/watches that look completely mint with the naked eye would look scratched up when using flash and a closeup shot. I'm sure most Gold Blades would look like that under the same conditions. Judging by the swirls, it's normal polishing marks.
Yeah its just the picture, I had to resize it quite small, I had other pics, and its mint, Gold aprearsm like that when its up close, you see the airlines.
