I thought I'd resurrect this thread...

I have several past Holy Grails that are now Crown Jewels...TBII, Aluminum Briefcase, Bobby Bowden autographed FSU M-Frames, Crystal Bob, Shadow Bob...

There are still a few Grails that I have yet to realize, though...Leather Mars, Cobalt/+Red Minute (my second pair of Oakleys, broke the earstem), but the biggest is the long "shotgun" display case.

By far my crown jewel is my Two whoisthiskid? Hijinx. Of the 300, I was able to get 7 of them. I traded numerous off for other pieces.

Eh, not my favorite practice in the world. But a bit surprising, since I was extremely late to snagging a WITK Hijinx, but was still just able to order from a UK site when I was ready to pull the trigger.

same here. i got my WITK? HiJinx from a UK online retailer late last year, was kinda surprised that they still had it for sale.

anyway, my crown jewels for now i think would be my trio of gascans: the 2 DFs and the c100.

my realistic holy grail is the koopman ravishing, that's the final piece for me to complete the artist series. The grail that i'll probably never get is one of the petterson frogs. damn!

My grails are still a DQM Frog, and a bacon-scented air freshener to complete the sensory package.

Ian, when you get your DQM Frogs, you can always wear them to McDs or In-n-Out for breakfast and order bacon.....

My plan is to get another Cube 3.0 just for the DQMs. I'll dump some air fresheners in there with it, so whenever it gets opened up, I'll be greeted with all the porky goodness. The only way the DQM could possibly be more awesome is if it were scratch-n-sniff! By the way, dibs on that idea. If Oakley ever makes scratch-n-sniff sunglasses, you saw it from me first. I'll demand royalties...

By the way, how do you quote someone in a post? I've never tried it, so I don't know...

what's next? i have no clue actually. probably gonna give my wallet a rest for now, and see what comes along that tickles my fancy thereafter. =)
