A pretty poor attempt to be honest, and nowhere near as good as I was expecting (which says a lot) the effects were pretty much the best part, as all of the acting could of been filmed inside a forest (it was that wooden...)

some good action sequences...thats about it, even the rock fails to shine in this 90 minute suckfest of a film

As a huge Doom fan back in the day (among the other FPS of the time), I had higher hopes for this movie. But upon watching this, much like the Super Mario Bros movie, they should have just set aside any video game references and made it stand on its own. I don't really recall anything that stood out as being related to Doom other than the first-person sequence. The other inconsistencies just further divide it away from the game. But as a movie, it is also pretty bad and in the end forgetable.

had you ever played the game than is the movie just boring!

if you just wonna watch an movie with special effects and action than itīs fine......

this movie is diverting entertainment thattīs it not more.

i hope the computer game will be continued but they will never make a Doom 2 movie.

I have to agree - a very poor attempt at a very popular game.

Just watched it...awful movie. they make you wait until the end to find out who the main character is. Also, the FPS-view at the end was stupid...also, did anyone else notice how HUGE the gun that The Rock carries is? It's literally the size of a wheel-barrel.
