Started this thread as I love hats. At the moment I don't have much hats, only 2...
A Barmah Kangaroo leather one and a Stetson Western hat (Tatanka).

At the moment I am looking at a trilby, it only has a small brim (5cm). And now here at home we have the discussion if it will look good on me as I am pretty tall (1.96 meters). Problem is that I can not try it on as we don't really have hatshops in my neighbourhood...

What do you think?

Trillbies are cool. I look like "Odd JOb" from the James bond movies when I wear one though.

You should try a stovepipe hat... like Abe Lincoln.

I seem to like hats, but never really wear them - so haven't really gone too crazy on hats. My brother in law is pretty big into Goorin hats:

They could very well be the Walmart of hats, I don't know. But I've spotted them here and there over the past year and been pretty impressed with some of the styles and designs.

In addition to my Oakley addiction, I have an unchecked habit of acquiring New Era caps. I currently have 25 of them, mostly my favorite baseball and college teams. My wife understands this addiction even less than the Oakley's. I have absolutely no self control when I see a fitted New Era that I want.
