I apologize if this not the correct place for this. Picked up a pair of PBs from eBay and wanted to run it by the experts to make sure they're not fake. Took them by my local O store and the manager said they check out as real. Just want to be sure.

Paid 425.00. I thought that it was reasonable. Seller had good feedback only one negative. Only problem I really could see was that it looks like one of the rivets on the ear stem is broken off next to the word "Pit Boss" and someone tried to put glue in there. Had elite outer box, elite inner box, and elite microfiber bag. Tell me what you think.

Looks authentic to me. Fakes ones have screws instead of rivets (-).

I have seen a fake pair. They look really good. If you don't know what small details to look for, you will easily be decieved.

Thanks for the replies. Gives me some more confidence. I usually buy direct from Oakley but I missed out on these.

pastor.elfstrom, could you elaborate on the details. If not in public, could you message me. Thanks.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their input in helping me out. I ran these by my local O store the other day when they arrived and the manager gave his stamp of approval, but I needed it to come from all of you here on the forum. I don't think there is anyone more informed on all things Oakley, than the folks here on this forum. Thanks again.
