I got Ruby lenses for my Juliets!!! First we hit the O store where I asked about them and no luck.....told me they couldnt get them didnt have them blah blah blah....so we hit the Vault and I thought I would ask there maybe Ill get lucky. So the woman at the counter makes a phone call for me. We are on hold forever and she tells me she can get them for 60 bucks and handed me the phone to talk to Oakley. After being on hold for awhile again the guy on the phone confirms my order Rubly Juliets for 60 bucks throws in a tune up for free and asked if I needed any nose bombs earshox and T shox. I told him I had just bought some black ones to replace my old ones and if he had any red I would be more than happy to have them. After being on hold again for the third time he comes back and says he has some and he will put them on the glasses for me. Gives me my info to send out my glasses and for 60 bucks I get ruby lenses tune up and red nose bombs ands shoxs. Great!!!!!!!!

Anyone probably can, but it still feels great when you are so well taken care of by Oakley HQ. The red socks/shox seem like a nice little bonus, positive reinforcement to the idea that it never hurts to ask.
