i remember from my last trip which was 2 years ago, a friend of mine were offered a pair of plasma/ice juliets for only Php5000 (USD 100). i told him to not let it slip by and just buy them. it was just that the seller didn't know nothing about what he was offering, just trying to get rid of it. obviously stolen or just found somewhere and wanting to make money off of it.
