Maybe you guys can help me out. I have some pennys that on one side of the flex couplers its loose and on the other its very tight.. here is a photo to show what I mean:

I didn't buy these from oakley so there wouldn't be any warranty on them. I've heard something about a "tune-up" so my question is, can you get this tune-up without the warranty and will a tune-up fix this problem? Also now that the pennys are discontinued, would that cause any problems as far as if they could fix it or not? Thanks a lot!

Ok, thanks everyone. I've had some ruby Juliets for the past 4 or 5 years and am wanting to try the ruby pennys now. Trying to figure out the best method of getting some, weather its on ebay or ordering them straight from Oakley or getting non-rubies on ebay and then just swapping the lens if you can get them for 60 bucks. Anyway, thanks for the info :)

Is it true that, for a price, Oakley will swap the lens (non-ruby) with ruby lens if you send in either your Juliets or Pennys?
