These shirts are great for jobs that require you to dress up a little. The sleeves come off for the warmer days and back on again for Fall season. Everything except for the top button is Velcro, so the front is nice and seamless. This is especially good for the sleeves, which I could never get the buttons to work with only one hand. Then throw a skull on the pocket and only you know that although they can make you dress up, they can't take your Oakley style.
