Haha, glad I'm not the only wearer out there. I rock my STPL Holly's daily and my Burnt Copper Ti. Crossys constantly and can't tell you how many times I've dropped them haha. So it goes with day-drinking.

i know this isn't abt the same FMJ Chrome Fast Jacket that everyone's bummed abt, but i do recall seeing a Black Chrome model, with Tungsten Iridium lenses?

coz the reason i ask is that, i was attending the Fast Jacket Launch event over here in Singapore (very delayed event i know), and when i asked abt the Black Chrome, they said it went the same way as the FMJ Chrome. Sales staff over here are famous for not really knowing their stuff, so was wondering, can anyone shine a light in this matter? coz i can't seem to find the model on the website anymore, but i swear i saw it before.

I'm sure it was worked on, but I don't recall them ever officially announcing a Black Chrome version in the first wave (just the regular chrome).

Yeah, that sounds like that might be the case. The DB has the the black chrome colourway complete with a parts number. Don't know if it was suppose to be in the first wave, though. One of the 2011 eyewear catalogs said it was due out Sept. 2011 rather than in the Spring.

yup that's the pair Oak. the only sites i have seen they on, are all pretty dodgy looking, so i'm staying clear from those. but just wondering, if these got pulled as well. ala FMJ Chrome pair.

I would bet they've been pulled as well, since they seem to be having issues with the FMJ coating on the Fast Jacket. There may be the remote possibility that it's just delayed (technically it's just 15 days late), but I wouldn't count on that possibility.
