There is no serial number, but they came with the case.

I'm guessing it's OO4054-18 vs OO4054-01. Polished Gold/24K Gold Iridium.

There’s no serial number? It’s right there in between the nose pieces

It looks like a fake sideways. The o painted on the lens gave it away

Also from the bottom view, you can see a Philips screw. Usually they're either a torx or something a bit more discreet.
