Found a couple pairs that I really like, how much should I consider the Asian fit in my decision to purchase? Will I feel a difference?

we'll it will depend on the model. Anything with a molded in nose bridge will be tighter on the bridge of your nose. If its got a rubber replaceable nose piece, the chances are you will be able to replace it with the standard nose piece.

IMO you will feel the difference if you were to swap back and forth.

It very much depends on the model. The differences between Asian vs. standard fit can include any of these features intended to keep the frame and/or lenses away from the cheeks:

- Base curve - some AF models are flatter across the front (less wrap)
- Nosepieces - if interchangeable, will have the larger size pre-installed vs. smaller
- Nosebridge - if molded-in (plastic frames), narrower bridge and larger/deeper pads
- Nosepads for wire frames - different connecting wire shape
- Lens cut - less height and/or concave bottom edge

I have found AF to often make the difference between being able to comfortably wear a certain style at all or not.
