I have 2 pairs of Sub zero #3 PlanetX/Red Iridium,and 1 has a very deep red out towards the edge,and the other has hardly any red at all.
I just goes to show as with Ruby Iridium,theres no 1st and 2nd gen lenses,it’s just whatever batch they came from.

I have two versions of #3 with the differences you have shown....

Lee, when I had my pair of #3n there was actually a distinct hard edged line down the right lens near the nosepiece and it was very red to the left of it and not to the right of it. Something must've masked it in the oven.

Oh, you ever want to unload one of those you let me know.
