I've been thinking about the GMT or the Blade. It depends on how much you have or want to spend really? The new Judge is good value.

I dont really care about how much I spend as long as its comfortable, and looks damn cool. I think at the moment my favourite is the blade.
I will check out the Judge though thanks

Have Both the GMT and a Blade - I prefer the GMT as it seems to fit better, and the dial is much easier to read. But still love to wear my Blade.

i've been lusting over the copper/stainless steel polished Judge for the longest time, i think it's the coolest looking watch Oakley has ever made.

unfortunately, it's way over my budget, so i'll have to stick with my Crush, which is still a cool looking watch nevertheless...

for anyone who's interested in a timebomb, i think overstock.com still has them for a great price.

I dunno I think the GMT looks cool but I think it looks more like a normal watch rather than an oakley watch, cos the blade looks wild and different which I think better represents oakley.

The only oakley watch ive ever tried on is the Time Bomb and it was really really heavy for a watch.

are all of the metal oakley watches really heavy?

Timebomb heavy !? Try the GMT and than you will see what is heavy :-))
If you wanna wear a cool light watch...take the Detonator. I have the stealth Detonator. Perfect !

Wo are you serious, the GMT is heavier than the Timebomb.
How heavy is the Judge and the Blade?
I do like the Torpedo but it has a rubber strap doesnt it?
I dont like non metal straps.

I have a timebomb, gmt, crush and the detonator. What can I say....the best way is to try the watches if you can. What I know is that the GMT, Blade and Judge watches have similar weight. Torpedo !!!....this watch is ugly :-))) Best compromise is for me the Detonator.

Sorry I meant the Detonator not the Torpedo they both have rubber straps right?.

Damn i cant beleive they all weigh about the same.
one of my watches is a Titanium G-shock and that is as light as a feather.

does anyone know why they are all so heavy?

I picked up the GMT once and that is a heavy watch. Has to be 2.5-3x heavier than the Timebomb. Timebombs are very light and nice to wear. I'd recommend those if you can. Overstock.com may still have some for hald price.

And just think of how much money in batteries you'll save!

yeah i think a timebomb is the way to go,
luckily i dont have to buy batteries for my 2 main watches.
one of them is a solar powered G-Shock and the other is a Kinetic Rolex, but if i dont wear it for more than a day it stops, which sucks, does that happen with the time bomb?

Supposedly it has a two week battery life when fully charged. When I first got it, I had some problems leaving it over night and having it not work, but once I wore if for a week or so, the charge got up enough to never have that problem again. It saves power whent he internal battery is low by ticking every two seconds instead of one.

That reminds me of a techy, relatively unimportant watch question I had - are all the second hands on Oakley watches discrete or are any continuous? That is, do they 'tick' or do they sweep across the dial?

Yes, Overstock.com has had Timebombs for quite some time now. They were even $569.99 for about one day, then they went back to $599.99. It's a great deal if you have that kind of money to burn.

yeah upsidedown and not on me, but you get the idea.

Here's another to show what it looks like from a distance. Pardon my creepy long haired stage, the wife likes it.
