it's funny cos the last time i went Karaoke-ing i sang Iron Maiden's "The Trooper." it was punk rock/heavy metal karaoke night in a East Village bar... even got the host to headbang with me. :)

I am a wimp when it comes to getting up there and singing. I think if I had some good Crue or Maiden I could do it.

I just devocalized the track and memorized the lyrics. Gave the DJ the CD and made sure my face was covered with hair, since I couldn't face the crowd growling like that.

And that's just Cradle's style, takes some getting used to, but I like it. Different than the usualy raspy Black Metal vocals. I should find some Maiden tracks that the DJ has and practice them, would be fun to do.

Dann , you look like one of the members off KISS , but the make up is washed down :-)
