So, a fellow Co-Pilot and Californian wanted something done up like nobody else. Of course I had to oblige the request, and this is what came of it...

Thanks to a fellow o-review brother, I picked up a pair of the matte rootbeer pitboss glasses.

I really prefer grey based lenses though, so, while I liked the stock lenses, I didn't LOVE them. And for a piece like the pitboss, I had to LOVE them.

After consulting with my eyeglass specialist friend, I now LOVE my pitboss.

Great combo, Mike. Glad you finally got your hands on one. I know you've been waiting on it for a while.

Is there an option to custom cut the radars' Jade Iridium for the Jawebone ?

sure, if you can find a donor XL lens it can be cut easily.

just about anything really...as long as it is large enough, you can cut it. Goggle, Radar, M Frame, Hijinx, Eyepatch, you name it.

nice man, very nice. Pink is a really cool lens color, and even color in a frame when you can find one. Not so much a penny, but the other frames it has been offered in.

What lens did you find that would work for it?

AND

Where can I get one?

AND

Would it possibly fit an xmetal XX?

The square whisker pewter/emerald pol it is a "first at" sunglass hut. As far as the XX I don't know if it would be big enough as I don't own/have a pair for reference...sorry.

well, with the new releases of F&ckin' Ginormous glasses with chrome lenses, you can cut several to fit. Pretty much if it's big it will fit.

I've used hijinx lenses (for the emerald / matte root beer pit boss)

And now:
Radar XL Jade lenses

And the weather has been co-operating nicely lately to wear these bad boys around!

Thanks for the replies. That Jade does look cool.

I must be REALLY out of the loop- what ginormous Chrome lensed new releases are there?

Dr. Chop, I'll hit you up via messaging.

kick up the light or exposure a bit and really show off that bad boy...That is nice. Jade is a sick lens color.

and for another member, the first + Red X Squared...Let me say, these are a little tougher to cut due to the curves, and Oakley got smart!! The frame has a nice indent in the top with a strip of foam in the indention to reduce lens jiggle like the Juliet had problems with...Very smart.

Those are super cool.

Love the +red shade that's not too blue.

The green on green is great too.
