I've got a pair of Square Wire 2.0 Spring Hinge Dark +Red Iridium right here. The pair in the dark square wire 2.0 specific box is 12-654, same number as in your database. Are you sure that there were two releases of these glasses?

The database is so massive, I often wonder how half the entries get in there. But I imagine there was some reason.

I checked the Blue, and I guess that should be Ice, given the era it came out. The +Red was a duplicate. So actually this list is a good way to finally weed out those extra entries. Thanks for the help.

The Thump 2 polished black/black and polished black/HI Yellow was actually one release (Pacha): SKU 05-169 (you got both lenses with the frame, kinda like an array)
Same was true for the white frame with black and persimmon lenses, but I don't have the SKU for that one.

The New M Frame Golf New Hybrid Black/Grey is entered twice in the database: once with SKU 09-587 and once without SKU. You are still looking for the last, but what is the difference with the first?

This SKU was not yet in the database. There is however a black/black 256mb thump and an identical thump 1.5 both with the same sku (05-150). I'm guessing one of them is wrong and should be replaced with the one above?

Nice catch. The Matte Black/Black Polar became a Thump 1.5 and lost the polarization. The 1.5 is 05-166, however the old polarized pair later became a 1.5 as well and reduced the price from $495 to $299. Thanks.
