Could someone explain the $39 out of warranty fee. I saw it refrenced a couple of times on the site.

On certain models, it's a rebuilding fee. For me...on a pair of Penny models...it was so worth it!

The out of warranty fee is $29 for non-xmetals (o-matter etc)
and $49 for xmetals.

This fee is charged when you do not have a receipt dated within 1 year of purchase.

Basically you buy back your warranty for a fee, then they cover the fixes. Cheaper than buying a new pair in the end.
