I have seen plenty of unknowns in the Polished Black/ Ruby Clear combo. But now I found a Crystal Black/ Ruby Clear version at a store. Do you have any more info on this color combination, haven't found anything about them.

sounds like a custom. the japanese release is a matte black frame that is asian fit. i definitely would pick it up because of the ruby clear appeal:D

Yeah, that crystal black one indeed. That was exactly how I saw them for sale. Looks really good, like it better than with the polished black frame actually.

Wow...the Crystal Black does seem to match with the Ruby Clear lenses in a much sleeker fashion. Could be the fact that both items are translucent, making for a more natural pairing.
Still, something about the Polished Black just seems cooler. Probably because I was never a huge fan of Crystal frames.
Definitely a nice pair, though.

Yeah, considering getting them, are $130,- to have them here in my hands. They look really great. Is it a bit a reasonable price for a pair like this?

If you like the lenses but dislike the frame - what about putting the Ruby Clears into a Splice frame?

Since everybody has a gascan with ruby clear nowadays imho you should like them if you have to consider between them (unknown) and another pair.
