To let you in on a little info for that 3d...That was a custom. He asked me to cut him 2 right side blue/ice lenses and I told him to pound sand. It was from his other new account. Also, click on the link for purchases. The 8 feedback dumba$$ has bid 64% on his items alone, and ponied $2500...I call total bull$h!t that ebay allows this. They are fake as hell@@@

If you're willing to wait for a bit, you'll see them at $300 or less sooner or later. I'm just surprised they're going for so much lower than retail so soon after its release.

You have to see the Rootbeer Pit Boss in person to really appreciate it. Rootbeer has always been such a bland colorway that you instantly think "Boring" when you hear the word Rootbeer. I personally have seen all 3 in person and I think it looks the best of the 3 IMHO. As far as seeing them down to the $300 mark, I don't think you will see that because Pit Boss is not going to be a over populated piece like an xmetal. Therefore, the supply will not out number the demand and prices should stay pretty fluid I would think. As far as the American Douchbag goes, he needs his Nuts REMOVED with a Rusty Razorblade for that 3-D Frogskin auction. That is why it sucks that you can't see the winning bidder info anymore so you could let them know that they just got bent over the barrel! That is about as big a case of Fraud as you can get. He is such a thorn in the side it is not even funny!!

True, the supply won't be as plentiful but I wouldn't think demand would be on the same level as well. It'll be interesting if there's a market for $600 Oakleys other than from a handful of collectors.

I truly think there will some desire for this piece aside from the collector community. I had my reps sample here at the store for a day or so and did 2 pre sales to normal off the street customers. I could not believe it for a minute but when they handed me there credit cards(one was a amex black by the way) I realized that they may be on to something here. I don't know how the other pieces are going to do when there prices make the pit boss look like a monster dog but I guess we will see when the time comes. I am in a little bit of a different boat here being right on the campus of a major university that is full of rich kids with there parents CC's. I have come to expect the unexpected!

as Oakley continues to push signature, artist, and special pairs prices higher and higher, the $600 for a Boss will be in line before you know it.
