My friend who i worked with for 3 years doing basically the same job as me just got a job as the area overseer for east anglia (thats the sticky out bit below wales for all you americans/canadians) and covers about 60 stores, he earns £19,500 a year + 0.031% commission. He got it from the references the people we know inside Oakley gave him + he probably knows more about oakley than they do. I would have applyed to except i'm too young + going to uni next year.

We can seriously trade in the Romeo's for a Juliet or XX? That seems like too good to be true. I assume I'll have to pay the $30 re-warrenty fee, but still, hard to argue with that. How should I approach cust service. Should I mention that I heard this, or should I just say my Romeo's are having the spider cracks.

You can call and ask for me if you want. But yeah, just say you heard you can trade your Romeo's in and they will take care of it for you.

Cool. I'll give you a call in about an hour when I get out of work. I'd like to thank you in person for your contributions anyway.

No worries. Yeah we were a bit busy today so it probably took longer than normal.

They didn't seem used to people asking for a certain person. Elijah....is he in customer service.....oh I see him on the list now, one second.

Well I don't go by Elijah at work (as you may have noticed)so most people may not know who that is. Plus if you haven't spoken to me before it's usually the goal of whoever you are talking to, to try and help you themselves.

Hey - I can't figure which is the new plasma and which is the old - can someone post a pic comparing the two?

Thanks.

The new plasma looks more like a polished frame with a very smooth finish whereas the old frame is a softer more matte finish frosted silver color.

My XMetalXX's came in from the Romeo trade. I'm a happy camper.

Asian faces are not particularly well suited for most Oakleys ^_^

Oakley needs an asian line, or accessories that come in the box.

right, and not even penny suits every asian face. at first i thought they look better than juliets on me when i tried my friend's, but it was becos i was looking at myself thru motorbike mirror. then i concluded that the juliets are the best!

Most asian faces are not suited for X-metal but lucky me... I have 6 Juliets, 2 Pennys and 1 Romeo. I feel good wearing them.

I have found that I can wear most smaller-framed Oakleys in spite of my flat Asian nose. Wires fit the best due to the nosepieces. Smaller X-Metals (Penny/Juliet) and Mags (Four S) are also ok due to the availability of larger Unobtainium nosebombs. The larger frames and many O-Matter frames w/o nosebombs end up sitting too close to my cheeks or eyelashes. I'm still hoping Oakley will release larger nosebombs for Hatchet or even a smaller Penny-sized frame.

heh... i have a double whammy, a flat asian nose and my big, wide head. Pennys ablsolutely wouldn't fit me. Juliets would be okay if they had bigger nosebombs. forget about all O Matter frames because none of them fit me. the XX would also be okay if they came with bigger nosebombs. i'll forever be resigned to Wires, but i digress...

a full asian line? however much i love that idea, it wouldn't be fair, would it? ^_^ but a wider line of different sized nosebombs and other accessories would be great.

Strange, both the Juliets and Romeos seem to fit me fine (no nosebridge problem here :D). The Penny would too but its just that the wideness of my face makes them look a tad too small for my liking.
