Hi Guys, i have a question : where normally the productiondate is inscripted into an M frame lens ( inside above the bridge ) it now has NTPC etched...
Who has any idea what it is , and where it stands for ?

That is a good question. I have not seen that yet. All I have seen are production dates or ANZI Z87.1

I have not seen anything to explain it at the O-store, I was only aware of the manufacture date and ANSI rating on the SI m-frames as Defender stated. Must be something of fairly low importance, maybe has to do with a manufacturing series or run and is more useful than a date to HQ.
