a little while back i brought a pair of jupiter lx from ebay, it was claimed by the seller that there were 150 made and given to sales reps at a convention in brazil, they are black and have the colours of the brazilian flag in the icon, the left lens has brazil 2009 and the flag etched on it, the micro bag says 'brazil 2009 worldwide sales meeting' on it.
does any1 know about these glasses????? they seem genuine but 100%

No special information on the pair - but certainly sounds legit. I just can't fathom someone selecting the Jupiter model, and then conceive the Brazil and microbag setup, and put that all together as a fake. Sounds like you've got a nice pair, there.

Yes, there are Brazilian Jupiters that exists and were given out during a covention (came in both white and black frames). It came with a backpack and some other SWAG stuff.

more than likely legit, I know the US reps had there meeting in Puerto Rico that year and they received a black jupiter lx with the Puerto Rico icons on it. Nothing great by any means though, this was right when Jupiter was released.

the brazil part is true, my rep went to brazil for that, if he got one am not sure ! will check, i know there was a shirt, and a cargo short also, back pack mostly ! willl try to get the scoop
