But then again, if you saw a movie with Chris Tucker being serious (see "Dead Presidents"), you would wonder why he isn't being funny. Typecasting is a funny thing.

Everything Chris Tucker has done is just a toned down version of his character in the Fifth Element in my opinion
Man, I can't even begin to explain how correct that statement is.

Try calling Oakley Customer Support. If they can't do it, I wouldn't see how without buying a newer timebomb and switching it out, which would be redundent.

I have seen these on here for some time... My only guess is a reseller going out of business and Overstock buying all their stuff up. It makes me wonder what resellers pay for a timebomb. I can't believe it's this much of a markup though.

What about t-shirts and stuff with this logo? That way if your out and about, you may see someone from the O-Review that you didn't know lived in your area. Or maybe stickers for laptops, cars, whatever.

Take your other one out and go to a hardware store (long shot) or look online and try to find one. Couldn't you just order one from Oakley? I am not sure, but I wouldn't think Oakley makes their own screws. If that's true then they are out there somewhere. Start calling manufacturers of screws. just doing a quick google search I found this..

http://www.barnhillbolt.com/acb26/ShowOptions.cfm?&DID=7&User_ID=1413225&st=9443&st2=-75990476&st3=-36995512&CATID=69&ObjectGroup_ID=934&GroupCode=484&MenuCode=471&GroupIcon=484desc%2Egif

or here

http://www.aaronstorxscrews.com/MachineScrews.htm and looking at the last picture it's close. I would need the specifics of that screw. Or you might take it to a tool and die shop, they could help too, look in your yellow pages for that.

Best I could do off the top of my head at 2am. if none of those options help, let me know. I could stop by an o-store (or anyone else for that matter) and maybe get a spare...

can you post a picture of the screw, or is it exactly like the juliet screw?

Is this sale still going on? I plan on stopping by the vault this weekend. I am mostly looking for a duffel bag, but I am sure I will buy something to make the trop worthwhile.

Here is a good site for info about movies. I will post the direct link the the x-men 3 movie, and you can go from there.

http://movies.yahoo.com/shop?d=hp&id=1808490829&cf=prev

looks like it hasn't been updated in a while, but I am sure there are a plethra of message boards for those who want to know all kinds of unconfirmable rumors.

I came across www.ioffer.com a while ago when looking for some nice jeans (came up in a google search). You can buy fake stuff here in bulk then re-sell it on ebay. Not that I am condoning it, I just wanted to let everyone know that there are people that make it easy to do this BS. Imagine how much less stuff would cost if companies didn't have to spend money to defend their trademarks.

I like how the word "Oakley" on the nosepiece of the splices is off center.

Do you know how much eBay would have to raise it's rates to be able to staff the number of people it would take to pick out the fraudulent auctions?

I used to want one of these so bad when I was in high school. Was this the first Oakley jacket?

I would have just posted the picture, but I thought I would just put the auction link incase anyone wants it for their collection.

Google "ebay sniping". I haven't done it, but I believe that's what that's about.

Incase anyone cares, the question asked under the picture is about the "originality" or authenticity because it seems to be a forgery. The answer is that the seller can't guarantee it because it was a gift.

As Factory Pilot stated above, it's being worked on. I haven't stopped by to see if it's still there. I am working on the assumption that FP will let me know when it's completed. Thanks.

I don't want to fill this up with ebay fakes, but this is just too good to pass up.

Does this auctions picture come from this site? Or was the one here taken from somewhere else. I kinda assumed it was Dann, but just wondering.

Where are the vaults located? I looked on Oakley's site but it seems to just have the O-Store locations.

Thanks.

Just searched on ebay and found these.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=15666&item=8170839030&rd=1

They look Agent Smithish. Could be cool, but I would have to try them on.

FP, I sent you a message. And Tre, I didn't expect anything, I was being joking. But you never know. I am sure Coke would hate seeing Pepsi in one of their machines.
