There's a sort of ambivalence I feel about this frame color. While it has a certain level of visual appeal, it somehow doesn't properly display the carbon fiber pattern. Perhaps - as other reviews have stated - it's the fact that the carbon fiber in this colorway isn't "real". Nonetheless, the frame does have its merits when paired with appropriate lenses.

This is one of those rare times when I think "What the heck was Oakley thinking???" They use exotic metals, titanium alloys, magnesium, aluminum alloys, etc. One of the coolest things I can possibily imagine that Oakley hasn't already done is a Carbon Fiber frame.

What do they do instead? Faux Carbon Fiber??? Come on!! It looks ok I guess, but if you own anything that is really carbon fiber you know how hoaky this colorway really is. Come on Oakley! We all know you can do better than this!

Though it hurts me to do so I must give this color 1 star. No FAUX!!!!

carbon fiber / titanium is a stylish , very oakley image-like frame & lens color. Titanium lens is probably one of the best lenstints available
all in all a "must have"combination

I have always quite liked the carbon fiber look, they used it on a lot of designs, and it must of sold quite well, so a popular choice for many.

This is an awesome unique colorway. The half jackets in this colorway look very nice and unique. Just gotta get the hood to match the frames now.
