Hi All, hope someone can help me. I had a much loved pair stolen from me. I am not sure exactly which model it is. I bought it in the US in July 2008 and was told it was some sort of limited edition used by the military, as it would protect the eyes from fragments in an explosion??? (maybe that was just a good sales pitch from the salesman at the time :-). It was a matte dark green colour, the arms were detachable (no screws) and it had 3/4 of the word "Oakley" written in black on one of the arms.

I spent a lot of time browsing through the database but could not find the model. I am posting a few pics of it in the gallery. Great if someone can tell which mode it is and where I could purchase a replacement from.

Sounds like the Redshift GC or Hijinx:

I think you nailed there. The second option, i think that's it! I am pretty sure the price is similar to what i paid. I can't find how to upload a photo, will try uploading it as my profile photo...

Apart from obvious place e.g. Ebay, would you know where I could buy one of this from? Somewhere that ships overseas, as I am in Australia.

Typically you will have to resort to ebay or the like for most discontinued items. Stores only carry old stock for so long. Once in a while, you'll see a webstore with some, but it's sporadic.
