When are people going to finally learn what Head Up Display really is. This is NOT HUD, if it were the info would actually be broadcast on to the lens itself. so you dont have to take your eyes off what you are doing to read the info. Other than that cool goggles.

Agreed. Back when the Thump was just released, Oakley was working on a prototype under the working name: Head Theater. Was going to be just that, but with movie capability to compliment the Thump's audio features.

When the original Airwave was released the pre release press used HUD in the promotion but as soon as it hit the market it was dropped because someone @ Oakley realized what it really meant. Not sure if this is something Oakley started using again or Shade Station, either way it is incorrect.
