Used then this evening during sundown and on the drive home!

They definitely take away the nasty burn you get from those modern blue LED headlamps! Happy days :)

Finally a violet lens that doesn’t make you look like a tranny! - Wavecloud

So does this lens enhance the contrast while driving in low light conditions? Does it really enhance colors during sundown/ night? How about during the day when the sun pops up, are you save with that lens?

Not to the degree that HI Blue/Yellow did, but it does enhance some contrast, mainly warming up colors a bit.

For me - They defo enhance colours indoors, and make things sharper. They help with swirling type on a page too.. :)

Im looking at getting custom cut for my XX..

I was really hoping the Low Light lens would become available on frames other than white by now. Oakley.com is only selling replacement lenses on the Flight Jacket ($70 USD) at this time.

There are a few safe and credible online stores who have most of the low-light line-up at discounts on complete pairs that rival the typical lens only costs. I do agree it would be nice to see, at least in the custom shop as an option straight from Oakley by now.

I really think Oakley are missing a trick here (well I would living in the UK with at least 4 mths of low light) . It is almost like they are not interested in the lens market or can't be bothered , preferring to let other makers provide lenses for their frames and judging by the choice there seems to be big demand. As for these low light lenses yes there is the driving issue and we ain't getting any younger ha ! (moan) . I am glad I am not the only on who finds these Halo/LED lights over the top , remember when the young custom kids fitted them and the law went - no ! but it's ok when Audi does it then because they always stick to the rules ha. Don't get me started on the rear ones either and people who sit with foot on brake (Manual) the LEDs are annoying. Well now that I sound like an old codger I will have to get in my RX7 and do a burn out to make myself feel better , but come on Oakley wake up !!!! Thank God for the custom cutters. Can't even get Deep water prizm for Gascan here what is that all about !!!! Sorry rant over.

I’ve made it my mission to customise as many overcast lenses as I can for the UK....

There’s quite a bit that can be done but takes a lot of slow processing of the info.

Ah hello Sir thank you for PM and I will get back to you but will reply here for now. Firstly so your the one with the coveted Strip lenses and wild frames, not jealous !!!! (ok a bit !!!) very nice - drooling material. Secondly now I know who did those Pit Bosses that sold on the Bay a couple weeks or so ago very nice indeed as others have already said , yeah top notch work on the frames. Also Gradient tint lenses - that is what has been missing from this century bring back the 70's an ultra cool look me thinks that needs reviving , if it was good enough for Karl Lagerfeld .... but how did you do them and are they Oakley? but excellent for UK's cloud system and being ultra cool , will be in touch.
