Aloha all. Got my anodizing down now, and this is my first anodized custom. I did this in blue and in a Ti02 fashion, where the bridge and ear stems (25.5 volts) are slightly darker than the eye sockets (28 volts). I didn't want the colors to deviate too much from another so they'll blend into each other when looking from afar. Once again I did the Lopaka thing and rushed my project a little, so the finish isn't 100% satisfactory to me. I'd give it a 8.5/10 finish. The anodizing itself came out nice and even.
So yes, this is fully tuned with all new small parts (bridge pins, flex couplers, C-clips, stem screws and washers). I used a set of OEM Oakley black rubbers, and Linegear polarized liquid metal lenses.
Special Mahalo's for those that offered advice. Believe me, it all helped. Aloha.

Very nice. Amazing what you can do with Titanium and some batteries. The result came out quite nice.

Mahalo Dann. FYI. I used the little power supply shown in the last photo.
Here's a preview of something I'm going to bust out later.

Ah, I suppose that's more consistent than daisy chaining 9v batteries.
