Just a couple questions about how the Portal works.

I have a 40% Oakley discount coupon and was hoping to get some replacement lenses for my Factory Pilot and TLD Sutro's and I guess that's the only place they're available. I also want to get lenses for my Radar EV and Jawbreaker but not all the replacement lenses I'm looking for are on the general Oakley site

First question, will my coupon code work on the Portal ? Can you order any lens from any model even if you don't own that pair. (Is it strict on what you can order)

Some help on part descriptions.
•Trim-2
•Masks (is that lens ?)
•Temple / Extra Temple is that frame colour and in the case of something like Jawbreaker, upper or lower ?

What part description would be the lower jaw on the jawbreaker ?

If its not shown, then its not available, like jaws. Sometimes you can get temples, like in Clifdens.

A bunch of parts are not available through the portal.
And I’m pretty sure the coupon code won’t work.

If the coupon code doesn’t work, I’m 90% sure I have a spare factory pilot lens. It’s the vented lens correct?

If I selected a Sutro model that had the vented lens and selected the lens option from that model.. they should in theory send the corresponding lens, correct ? Same with any special edition lens ie the TroyLee logo on it.

Ive never ordered a lens that had special etching from the portal. I would hope it would come that way if they have it listed on the page for the correct pair but this is Lux were talking about.

Online codes only work on Oakley.com The things you want are generally not available in stores and MAY be available via customer service or LUX parts website. In the case of vented lenses or special edition stuff like TLD or TDF or any other etched lens, there isn’t going to be a readily available replacement waiting to replace the lens/frame.

Also… that “trim” description is bs. It can mean an ear stem, an ear sock, a set of nose pads, or even icons for frames like Batwolf or Turbine. Only seen ear stem replacements for Eye Jacket Redux
