No, I totally agree. I was kidding to the collectors out here who have had there's signed, but I was disturbed and disappointed to see a leech taking advantage of the people at the "Rolling O Store" and there hospitality, as well as screwing the general public. If they reach those kinds of prices WITHOUT the starting bid being astronomical, then that is the buyer's wish, but to start them stupid high is exactly that, STUPID. I hope they haven't sold the R2s out yet, I still need to get them, but have to wait until Sonoma in July, or Pomona at the finals in November. I am a fan and do go...

I actually know how to get these LE Gary's sig pairs from Rolling O myself.. I read the info on the O-review AFTER I already knew how to get them =)

I'm saying this just because if I was back in Brunei, I could find out how to get them myself without relying to O-review. Either some people are just being plain lazy or an O-freak just claimed himself 'hardworking' =)

Shame.. Joel had/has an amazing collection and by all accounts was/is a decent guy. It's just more proof that eBay is evil I guess. Though for some of us it's a very necessary evil. Zik, like Dr. J says all things O usually trace back here.

I don't mind if he sells them but please let the buyers bid on them, but to start at $700 is just plain wrong. If I am going sell a pair I would just start them at a very low start price and let nature take its course.

I think its just his strategy to raise the price of the LE pairs.. just like what he did with the Ruby lens...
