Military purpose? General communications for the public like a headset cell phone? It would be cool on a Nascar pit crew or Football coaches.

My football coach would have loved one of those he always wore his oakleys during games.

Could be an Over the Top/Cell phone prototype sketch. How about a voice command HUD/PC????

I would love to see some sort of PDA/Sunglasses thingy....I'm such a dork...what doyou guys think?
Ifthe Thump is very successful, will Oakley expand its electronic gadget line??

From all the indications between here, thumpinfo, and oakley themselves, Oakley will be expanding their electronics offerings. How, I don't know. My guess is first there'll be variations on the Thump (full frame, metal, different displays, memory swapping etc.) I also think there's talk of cell phone capability in some way.

Beyond that I dunno.

The funniest part of that drawing are the separate buttons for on and off.
