These things are much better-looking IRL. They are basically using the Kato as the lens blank so the nose piece still attaches to the lens instead of the frame and you can actually see a bit of the “beak” when you look at them up close. - Defenderoftheo

I'm very pleased Oakley made enough to go around this time. Part of Oakley's success is making good product and getting them into consumer hands, not having items so limited that only a relative few can experience it (or scalp it, whatever the case may be).

That said, the distribution on this new Xeus is odd. The Gold Xeus came to a lot of O Stores, online and wholesale accounts. It seems this time the Silver Xeus skipped out on most of the O Stores. You would think Lux would want to drive foot traffic now that COVID is settling down. I'm sure there's been a bunch of good analysis and strategy around the distribution, but it does seem strange. - Oak
