Mike Metzger (The GODFATHER Of Freestyle Moto) and long time Oakely Rider, and friend of mine... Was shooting for the Discovery Channel's TV Show (stunt junkies) He was in the Long Beach Harbour (in front of the Queen Mary) Attempted to do a 75 foot backflip jump, between 2 anchored barges, over the water.... He overshot the landing jump by about 20 feet, it bucked him off the bike and all I know at this point is that he broke his L/4 vertebra (in his lower back) I left the hospitol around 5:00 this evening.... He is one of our OAKLEY brothers... Please guys say a prayer for him...... (when I get authorization I will post a couple pictures of his jump) Thanks again guys....
