Just the other day I passed - well more like forgot about the auction entirely - on an excellent condition Medium Duffel in Yellow that only ended up selling for something like $43. I was so pissed as I've been wanting that bag in that color for a long time now...oh well.

Early in my collecting (like 4-5 months ago) I passed on a like new Ruby Penny and a Ruby Mars that were around $200. I have regreted both since. Oh well, I didn't really have the money anyway, but I would have made it happen if I'd have known I'd regret it.

for sure, the most recent was a guy on german ebay selling a load of gen 1 m-frames, in an array of crystal frames and hybrid lenses...he had like 12 different pairs or so....i asked him if i could buy the lot for one price, he came back with £200GBP....at the time, with like a day to go, he had no bids on any of them so i declined, in total, they all ended up going for over £350GBP...
such is life, thats the risk and fun i guess of auctions!

DF2 that was offered to me at Original retail.... I have comfort in knowing it went to a good friend though. Might have to convince him to trade on something????

Aside from the big ticket items I regret not buying, I passed on the Canadian flag O sticker several years back. I wish I picked that up when it was only $30. With the red chrome, it was the best flag sticker I’ve ever seen. I also regret not buying more of the umbrellas while they were around.
