Holy crap man... Is anyone really scared of this thing or is it just hype?

My vote is hype. Or maybe just an excuse to stay home for a few days...

Dunno how this thread happened twice but feel free to erase one... or both....

OK,,, It's so slow around here. I'll count how long it takes for them to.... Oh crap.

I had swine flu... it aint that bad I found my joints were really sore that's it. Even though I wasn't really that sick from it I wouldn't say go get it. I done the hippy thing and took a whole lot of vitamins. I honestly think that they should just let it run its course because people have to get some natural immunity to the disease. Apparently a lot more people die from the normal flu each year anyway so it is just another strand. Before and of this happened I was reading somewhere that we were due for another epidemic, but I don't think swine flu is what we have to worry about. Ah well I think that's all I have to say about the subject.

Kids at my kids preschool had it. I'm resigned to the fact that we'll all probably get it. Figure I can log some good time on O review and Craigslist. Maybe if I get it after COD6/MW2 comes out I can prestige up really quick. Patho lab chick on the radio the other day said the regular flu is usually worse. She also said there was a previous strain in 50s that mean a lot of older folks will have antibodies. I vote hype.
