Anyone headed out to Vancouver/Whistler for the 2010 Olympics?

Working on it - applied for tickets when the first draw came and got squat (like most people it sounds like) Wife is going out that way to work thus looking to try to get out at the same time to see a few events. Also to get up to Grouse and see the Rolling O - Lab.

Nice, hope you can get into some of the events and at least one Canadian hockey team game for cheap (the scalpers are going crazy on this one).

The Oakley venue should have some surprises for you. I think there might be a couple C Sixes there for you to buy, since I know you want one. I’m sure you can convince your wife to part with $4,500 by then. ;-)

Yeah, might have a line on some tickets that just came up and hoping to run with it. I think the O-Lab there will be cool.

How did you know I wanted a set of those ;-) Darn Santa didn't come through at all!!!

LUcky Dogs. I wish I was going. My company has a branch in Vancouver and I was hoping to get out there around the time of the olymipcs. Ah well. If anyone goes please pic up an Oakley Pin for me. I have an Oakley Beijing Pin and it needs a friend. :D

Mike, it's suppose to be at Grouse Mountain from Feb. 12-ish to Feb. 28-ish.

Picking up my tickets today!!! Like the sound of an Oakley pin - think that would be really cool. Might have to get to the Rolling O lab first to make sure if they have them I can get one.

the local store here said that they were supposed to get the pens in to hand out with some of the purchases but i checked back in and they had never got them in

I keep checking with the O Store here also and they keep saying they are wating for the new items to arrive.

The local vault here has the Knit Caps (beanies) and t-shirts and sweatshirts with the Totem on them. Very cool designs in person.

For those of us that can't make it - Dann has been kind enough (i.e. Worked His Ass Off) to add a "Live Blog" for the events at the bottom of the main page.

This thing should be an absolute O fest! Should be a lot of fun to watch and discuss live as the likes of our own "O" Rockstars kick the snot out of the competion.
