Going to start a new series, where I talk about glasses and general Oakley knowledge. Figure I'll move throughout the glasses in my collection as that covers a fair amount. Comments and suggestions are welcome as always.

great stuff dann-a quick overview of all your splices at the start or finish would be cool also, just to show all the customs and options available.

but excellent

Very good video Dann. Is this going to be a weekly video?

Wow, the audio was real solid on this, way better than most YouTube videos I've seen. Great "radio voice" on the intro (Tim Sparra?). As already mentioned by others, if there could be say a little window pop-up to one of the bottom corners showing each Splice variation you mentioned, that would really splice this video up a notch. But more than awesome as it is. Kudos!

Thanks. I used a Zoom H4n for the sound, which is a standalone device with decent mics. Then I take the resulting MP3, and manually sync it up with the video. I hope for these to be a weekly thing or so. Any faster and I fear burn out.

Yeah Tim Sparra was a member here and produced the two podcasts we have. Shame he's no longer around.

I'll get to the rest of the splice's in time. Didn't want to burn through too many right off the bat.

Agreed, Tim Sparrow was one quality dude. Way nicer than Lee and way better looking than Lex.

extend it to 15 mins or so, have some guests, do some video skype interviews and throw in a couple sponsor spots and bam its a show. Then take all the video ever shot about the O, tours, sports interviews, old commercials, old sports highlights and can we say "The Oakley Channel".....nah, but really, fantastic job Dann, look forward to seeing more of these.

Quick update on a Felon that will be a gift, but I figured I'd put my input on them.

Next one is recorded. It will be 15 minutes long.

Fantastic job, Dann.
I don't know where you find the time for all this.

Maybe you could add a page in the Site Features menu, so as we can have all the Video reviews on a single page without having to browse within the current thread. Just an idea.

Yes. I plan to integrate this into the site. Possibly in a way that would allow others to submit too.

Another good watch. I didn't realize it is that wet in Rhode Island. I thought when I was in Georgia it was bad. Hopefully it all cleans up well.

Great work Dann, love it :D Show us that room upstairs. Didn't expect you could have any mold issues on the glasses... Another eye-opener.

Dann, there's so much randomness in that room!
I thought that random pair might be Zero 0.3 or something.
FYI, North Texas is relatively dry and would be a safe refuge for Oakley refugees escaping from mold.

It might be ok if you had a couple dehumidifiers in the room.
