For the record, it’s Francois who gave me this idea. In fact, he saw on “the other forum” that Jury lenses are the same than the Fuel Cell ones … except one little detail : it has to be filed a little.

Knowing that, I don’t lose any time and get the lenses out of my Jury. As expected, there’s a little bump on the upper part of the lens, matching the spot where a little rubber piece is sticked in the frame (like jawbone and split jacket).

I order a discounted pair of Jury and Fuel Cell lenses and three hours after those last ones arrive, here’s the result. My very first custom and my unique colorway of Jury.

Excellent. Nice to see more customs that aren't too hard. I may order some spare lenses in case mine ever get scratched since I wear them a bit.

For clarification, do they need to be filed or filled.

Yes, you need to remove a bit of lens to create the little bump. I did it with a little needle file.

Great job on those Arnaud ! Its different and pretty unique.

Do you plan to make another custom with the Jury in the near future ?

Well time to give this a try, maybe. I scratched, not horribly but still, my BIP Jury. Thanks for this old thread, lol.
