This is a road sign telling you that you have come to the small town of Å.
Å in Swedish is a stream in English.
No excess in letters here... :D
Å is about 2 hours from where I live.

We went out looking for Salamanders. I found these two which actually ended up being the same species, but two different color depressions. They behave differently, but are considered biologically the same.



We only found one Spotted, but it was under the same branch from weeks earlier.



The Four-toed was the last that I knew in the area. I found it at the end. It's stomach is mostly white with black speckles, so it stood out.

Isn't it the symbol Ångström, for 10⁻¹⁰meter ?
That would make sense with the fact that it identifies a very small town :)
