whats up with the lack of pictures on oakley.com with certain models,
i was looking for a pic of the Plasma/Gold Iridium bottlecap and its nowhere to be seen.
has anyone seen it or got a pic of it?

I haven't seen that pic Lex, I didn't realise that combo was available. Sounds potentially very sweet! Let's see some photos/descriptions if any one can.

If it's a OPD exclusive, I don't think we'll be seeing them on oakley.com. I don't think Oakley wants to tee off their clients and compete directly with them. Then again, they did just release their exclusive "Stretchline" on their commerce site...hmmmm. At any rate, I don't think we'll be seeing the Grape Gascans, the gradiant X-hairs, Black Chrome B-Caps, etc. on oakley.com anytime soon.

Well, they did wait a year to sell stretchline online. I do think they should have offered off the bat though since they did seem hard to find for some. In the past they used to at least show OPD offerings online but not have them available for sale and direct you to the OPD finder. I'm with Lex, theat's the BC I'm looking forward too and it would be nice to see it somewhere.

Anyone have pictures of the Bottlecap and Gascan boxes that they can post?

The BC at SGH keeps coming in the standard box. The only Gascan box I've seen is the standard too.

K, just wondering. I got a pair of Rootbeer/Bronze Bottlecaps today from my OPD who isn't local, he's actually from out of state, and he had them on display and didn't have the box. I forgot about that until they arrived. They were shipped in a Twentys box instead.

The Gascan box is tiny- looks like the Fate box, just longer (and yellow instead of baby blue). They don't have the usual extra space and Z-shaped bracket thingy.

yeah my gascan box is stupidly small and i was wondering why.

i remember my Wiretaps having the smallest box in my collection... i think my Fours used the same sized box. everything else pretty much used the standard size box.
