i have been hearing this for many years now esp. in church. the the endtime is near. with the worldly brouhaha and chaos. there definitly seems to be a biblical meaning to all the hatred and evil. it has been said that the newspapers and the bible go hand and hand. the coming of the lord is close and ppl need to know that. anyone feel the same?

I wouldn't doubt it. The world is getting pretty messed up, and the population won't get any smaller. What was it, 2017 as the next scheduled date.

I was always scared of those magazines that said this kinda stuff in the store when i was little.

I believe the world will end when people choose... whether it be by nuclear holocaust or biological warfare... one way or another the earth is goin down the proverbial shitter

You must be a very fearful/brainwashed person...who watches too much news and thinks there is more problems then there is.

If you look at history, during each and every period of time people have said it was the end.... people like to do that. But it wasn't and it isn't.

There have been times much worse than now, and there will be times much worse than now sometime in the future, but there will also be better times. This is the way things work, sometimes things are good, sometimes things are bad, etc.

People can moan and complain about the population all the want but while we have the largest population we've ever had, we also have produced more food than we ever had. Sure at some point something has got to give, and that's why even though we have tons of food here in the USA while some people across the world starve...

Your best bet is to predict a armageddon date that is long enough away that you will be over 80 years old, because odds are you will be dead by then and nobody will be able to call you on just how wrong you were.

I think it's just driven by the need to be a part of something special. Special like the end of the world.

...or maybe they are just years behind on paying their taxes and are just looking for the easy way out.

There is not more war, just more people. Not more crap going on than ever before - just more media to cover it....

People like to be scared, shocked and told what to do and what to believe - because it's easier than thinking and figuring it out for themselves.....
