RIP, Stan. I think everyone was expecting it for a while with his show cancelations and his health issues, but it’s no less a complete shock. A truely awesome representative for the entire comic book industry, and his creations will endure for centuries. I only got to meet him once but am so glad I did.

My wife told me while I was driving and I actually had to pull over and take it in. Truly a sad sad day:( RIP Excelsior

I have met him a few times throughout the years and he was always a class act.
He will be missed by so many people.

RIP to the legendary comic book artist Neal Adams.

He died Thursday to complications from sepsis at the age of 80.

Adams and writer Dennis O’Neil turned Batman into the Dark Knight we know today.

He will be missed.
