Saw that and had the same reaction, haha. At least he has a return policy, although no one in their right mind should pay $200 for that.

It's a "wery rare collector item!!" too. Seen similar things with Eye Jackets, where the stems don't match the orbitals. They didn't get the memo that a one-of-a-kind custom/hackjob isn't the same as a one-off production model.

There was already some fakes only two months after the release of the real ones, in France.
They strangely disappeard for a few time after that.

This kind of fake really should not be happening. It is really sad for the person that buys these. It is a fake c six already up to 1100 dollars. I wish I knew how to report this.....

It looks legit enough from the pictures, and if his story is to be believed, he's selling off unsold models, and probably just throwing them into whatever case he had at the store.

Those are 100% fake (just look at that cleaning cloth!) so I guess the other pair may well be too.

Yes, they're fake and a couple veteran collectors have been caught by these scams. Be careful to those who are looking for the C6,

The screws on a real pair of C-Sixes on the inside of the arm aren't slotted. They look more like the Mercedes-Benz logo and they're 3-slotted(?)

Also, the carbon fiber looks way too shiny/reflective. The carbon fiber on my pair has a matte-type finish.

Yeah, that's a pretty bad fake.
